Owl Town have topped the United Kingdom singles chart for a 3rd week, rejecting Jedward of their debut number one. The X Factor star’s song ‘Under Pressure ( Ice Ice Baby ) ‘, which features Vanilla Ice, had to settle for 2nd position. Their single Fireflies is the most successful song so far in 2010.
The track had been tipped for number one, but the North American synthpop group’s single ‘Fireflies’ held onto the peak. The sole other new entry in the countdown was Timbaland featuring Katy Perry’s ‘If We Ever Meet Again’ at number three. In the meantime , the album chart was topped by Alicia Keys’ ‘The Component Of Liberty ‘. The record, up one place from number two last week, is the US vocalist’s first UK hit album. It originally charted at number 17 when it was released in December. Dutch violinist Andre Rieu’s ‘Forever Vienna’ climbed 2 places to number 2, according to the Official Charts Company. The tune Fireflies stayed at number 1 regardless of the mixed efforts of X Factor twins John and Edward Grimes and 1990s rapper Vanilla Ice, who came together for a redoing of the Queen hit under stress. Over in the album charts Alicia Keys rose one place to the top, with instrumentalist Andre Rieu overreaching Nigel Kennedy to become the highest ranked classical violinist in the index ever.

This series on Astro-Compatibility will cover all of the potential match-ups in the Zodiac. We will continue this series thinking about and commenting on Aries and Scorpio. Here is a quick overview looking at the compatibility of these astrology signs.
Aries - Scorpio
Scorpio’s romantic aspect is based in intense deep inner feelings and Aries is in most everything for the energy and fun of it. At first glance, this does not look like a “natural”, but there are always reasons to hope. Aries is Cardinal and Fire. Scorpio is Fixed and Water. Looking at it on the surface, Aries is into “movement”. Scorpio is intense, achievement-oriented and does not necessarily think movement has any particular advantage, unless there is a strong reason for it. Scorpio has a stubborn quality for whatever Scorpio considers to be personally important.
The Aries in pursuit of the Scorpio would find a compelling and magnetic individual. Scorpio could be attracted to a youthful, high energy person. Aries does not come off as frivolous and silly, so Scorpio likes that. Both of these are “strong” in their presentations of themselves. The Scorpio and the Aries could create a smoldering fire. Compatibility is going to probably depend on individual charts. It is not impossible to imagine. It could be a “high end” Hollywood type dynamic union, but also, it could end like one.
Positive Postulate:
Since Aries and Scorpio are dynamic persons and neither is “lazy”, they could share much in values and pursuits. These two, headed in the same direction, could make quite a partnership. Positively speaking, these signs could be a public and dynamic pair. Regardless of how the genders work, it seems a pairing that could be serious. The Scorpio could enjoy the Aries personality. The Aries would have to really love the Scorpio, in order to overlook the stubborn insistences of what appear to be less important things. And this would be on a day to day basis.
Romance Recommendation:
Aries and Scorpio would have a very high romance factor, as long as Scorpio stayed a bit light-hearted and Aries enjoyed “intense romance”. Don’t take any fights into the boudoir and things could go great. Any current battle brought into the bedroom would probably play itself out there.
Conflict Quotient:
Aries and Scorpio can both defend themselves, and also, take an offensive position. Conflict would almost be prophesied with these two. Discussions could be long or short, depending on how angry Scorpio got. Neither of these signs will be intimidated, and neither would give in, just to give in. Both could be high-minded enough to make concessions.

The city of London is the centre of great musicals, it creates the path for nonconformity and magnificent acting. The plays and musicals that go live are both innovative and great. Which is the reason why the west end of London attracts a host of well known actors to star in plays such as Les Miserables and Grease.
The newest big hollywood star to appear in the west end is James McAvoy, better known from films such as The Last King of Scotland. James is currently working in Three Days of Rain, this play is a rich drama based within the state of New York about an inheritance. The terrific production looks at family, heartbreak and of course money. Also staring within the play is also Nigel Harman who most members of the public will probably remember from the popular soap Eastenders.
This Summer can see all new theatre productions coming to the stages of the west end and the very most anticipated is the musical Sister Act. The comedy musical Sister Act is based around the story of a criminals girlfriend who walks into a bloody murder and goes on a witness protection programme as a nun in a convent. The criminals girlfriend stays and works as a lady of the cloth and turns the other catholic nuns of the church into a fantastic singing group. Another incredible hit this season is the funny Calendar Girls, the cute tale of a raft of middle aged females within their later years who agree to strip for a local calendar to generate pounds for their favourite charity. It is based upon the film by the fantastic director Tim Firth and is bound to please all audiences.
With the great interest within theatre plays and musicals that star celebrated actors, most theatre goers find it bothersome to pay the whole ticket charge. Gratefully, this is where LSBO comes in. They offer theatre tickets that are up to half price off the RRP selling charge. LSBO have became a firm favourite with Londoners, the price sensitive bunch of theatre goers know that if they acquire their play tickets online or from Leicester Square Box Office’s countless booths in central London, they can get marvellous seats at amazing prices. The Leicester Square Box Office sells cheap London theatre tickets, visit the website today.
